Return Policy
Thank you for your interest in Yumpy Pet Products. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement.

To initiate a return or exchange, we ask that you first contact Vice President Izzy at vp-izzy@yumpypet.com. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and whether you would like a refund or replacement product. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

To return your product, please send the damaged or defective item, along with at least 75% of the broken product, to Vice President Izzy at Yumpy SNAP Headquarters located at 1914 Rocklund Drive Wenatchee WA 98801. Please include a copy of your RAN in the package.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and replacement products will be shipped out as soon as possible.
